When you are on a terminal (pc) telnetted to a router the Terminal is
sending out the the info and recieving the replies fron the async side of
the terminal
async is between the user and the term server
pC >async>terminal server> LAN > router
Where as when using revese telnet aka Cisco the info is sent to the async
side after the terninal server
async is now between the term server and the router
the other side of the network so I GUESS this is why they say reverse
PC >LAN>terminal server > Async> router
Does this make sense ???
