You can have 16 different custom queue lists. Within
each queue-list you can have as many as 16 different
queues.
Think of it in terms of a dialer-list. The
dialer-list names a set of rules to use on a dialer
interface. You can set up multiple dialer lists.
The same with CQ. You can name multiple queue-list
each having different sets of rules to be applied to
the queues in the list. That way you can do CQ on
multiple interfaces that require different queuing
strategies.
