OK, I did a quick look on CCO

http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/software/ios113ed/rn113m/rn1
13mnt.htm

there are some known issues with IOS 11.3 on the RSM module.

I did not find any in my quick look at 12.x.

Again, this is the kind of thing that can be researched. I find that the
recent CCO reorganization has in general yielded some nice improvements in
search results.

or maybe http://www.cisco.com/tac/ which redirects you anyway.

As with anything Cisco, your best bet is to read the release notes for your
hardware and IOS code.
