If they are equal cost, most any routing protocol can do this - RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, etc. One note on this though - If you are no process-switching, the load balancing is done on a per-destination basis. Meaning all traffic for one host is sent on first T1, all traffic for second host goes on second T1, etc. At T1 speed, you can do "no route-caching" to slow the router down to process switching.
