I have had 'missing interfaces' on an AS5200 before - that was due to the
particular IOS version. I can't remember whether the interfaces disappeared as
soon as I had the new IOS on or whether it waited for a reboot. You might want
to check with the TAC and see what version they recommend.

The version IOS on it saw the interfaces right after I tftp'd it to the router.
This is the first reboot after that installation a couple of days ago.

Subject: Help with Cisco 2621 please
I just booted my 2621 and I cannot see any of the fast ethernet interfaces!
Anyone got any idea off the top of their head what it could be? I am looking
through docs to figure out my next step right now. Help please...
Cheers
