The 3524-PWR XL has inline power.

The Cat 4000 and Cat 6000 Families have inline power modules.

However, why replace switches when a "patch panel" will do?  The "Catalyst
Inline Power Patch Panel" takes 48 lines in from your switch(es) and
provides 48 new ports with the added power.  The panel auto-detects IP
Phones.  i.e. if an ip phone is on the port - it gets power, if there isn't
a phone - no power is put on the line. Product number - WS-PWR-PANEL. Check
