My company want to set up a backup internet
connection. That ISP suggest to run BGP on a Cisco
2620 router. If our main internet connection go down,
the back up connection should be up. That ISP charge
by how many packet pass through its connection.
My question are:
(1). If there is any info. or whit paper I can
download ?
(2). Any body has set up this kind of connection
before?
(3). What kind of information I need from ISP before I
set up BGP. I know I need a AS number , negihbor
network address, what else ?

Thanks
