I know MCSEs that are making much less than 45k a year, and MCSEs that are
making
MUCH more than 65k a year!!!
For them it depends on the job responsibilities, and experience...

For CCIEs, there are companies that will hire full time for well over
100k a year. But, there is much more money to be made in consulting
where I know of a person making over $150 an hour!!!
At even 30 hours a week, do the math :-)

It all depends on what you are looking for!!!!

With only 3,000 to 4,000 CCIE's in the world, what is the expected
salary at that level? I only ask this because if there are so few, what
kind of pay range do they command? I know that MCSE's are paid anywhere
from 45,000 to 65,000 depending on where you live and how big the company
is. But let's not get into a certification debate, I know the CCIE is MUCH
higher on the technical level than a MCSE. I am just wondering the salary
range for CCIE's

Thanks,

Wayne
