My first thought would be Recurrent Technologies in Santa Clara CA - they
sell refurbished Cisco/Sun/SGI equipment - maybe they'll do the refurbish
work for you. I bought a refurb Catalyst 1924 from them for a very
reasonable price, and despite a bit of lag regarding getting a software
upgrade from them, their service is pretty quick.
