Ill add a little bit on here and say it depends where you are - over
here (in the UK) DSL services are being offered as a fully inclusive
connection, so tinkering with anything upstream of the USB or ethernet
port is a tad dubious legally speaking. Im wondering how long itll be
before someone tries it and posts configs etc. to the relevent groups,
but I imagine if you are in a country where this is illegal/breach of
contract then youd be in some pretty hot water if you got caught.
