Well, I passed Support 2.0 this weekend to complete CCNP. I primarily used the McGraw Hill CIT book but found it weak in some areas, so I had to refresh from prior studies and study additional documents on CCO. The study materials I used are as follows:
BSCN - Sybex ACRC book and several CCO docs on BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, etc. (hardest)
BCMSN - Cisco Press CCIE Prep. LAN Switching book
BCRAN - Cisco Press BCRAN book (easiest)
Support - McGraw Hill CIT book and several CCO docs
I found that all of the tests were reasonably fair and tested on technical content for the most part, meaning that an understanding of the technology and how it interacts with the environment is more important than memorizing detail after detail. Of course, knowing the details doesn't hurt either, but practicing in the lab really helped in this regard.
