Here is a problem that a friend of mine has encounter, and I have no answer for it.
Please help.

He was working on a 2900-series Cisco switch at a
client site would not let him perform a "copy run start" command. The error message
that he received was the following:

When he try the command, the switch responds with:

%Error parsing start (no such device)

I wasn't quite sure what to make of the error, and I was hoping any of you could
help me out. I briefly checked Cisco's web site, but there are so many
parsing errors that I couldn't sort through them. (I'm not that familiar
navigating the search engine on their site).

Please help!

Tony Chen
