Hi, Having got 5 Cisco certs, CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, CCDP and CCNP specialization in LAN ATM, I always buy Cisco's books for reference. I got more relevant information from Cisco's books than from any other publishers. So for CCNA, I think you only need to buy the CCNA 507 Study Guide from Cisco, jot down all important points and attempt the exam. I did all 5 certs by self-study !
