Well.. yes. To get a router or switch to do anything close to what you want,
you'll use the IOS CLI(interface config and global config). Your typing
skills will explode. :>) If I understand your question right, or maybe you
meant do they have drag and drop CLI answer options? I hear of people
passing CCNP without using CLI, but not me.
