ATM references

What are you guys reading in the way of ATM, bookwise, to prepare for CCIE written?  I have got a lot of Cisco related books but none of them have much on ATM, and what there is, is pretty poor.   The Cisco Press ATM Solutions book is due out next month, but I would like to get some good references right now.  I know CCO has plenty of material, but I don't care to read off the computer for long periods, and my printer is on the blink right now!   Cheers
