Anyone know a way of using CAR, Class Based Weighted Fair Queueing, or
Custom Queueing in such a way as to provide, say a maximum of 30% of
available bandwidth during the day, but increase that to 80% of available
bandwidth at night? Is this possible? And, if not, does anyone know if you
can with Sitara or Packateer products?
