I just passed BSCN today, score 919 out of 1000 possible. The
resources I used were those referenced by others on this list:
'Routing TCP/IP' by Doyle, 'Internet Routing Architectures' by Halabi,
and Boson BSCN test #1. I was also fortunate enough to attend a 3-day
condensed version of the BSCN course designed for channel partners.
Everything you need is in the two books I mentioned, but it's a lot of
reading. Good luck.
