I'm facing a strange problem with my router (2621),I'have two leased WAN links, 512 & 128 kbps.
 
ISP-1     s0/0          fa0/0

             s0/1       fa0/1
 
IP address:
for s0/0:  100.x.x.1
for fa0/0 : 100.x.x33
 
for s0/1:  200.x.x.1
for fa0/1 : 200.x.x33
 
now problem is that: I want my LAN1 traffic go out by S0/1 interface.
when i try traceroute from LAN1 then it took more then 600 ms from fa0/0 to s0/1 next hop. the same thing from LAN2 took less then 10ms.
 
Waht could be the reason of this, and how I can solve this.
