There are different levels of access to CCO.
My consultant's access (personal account) wouldn't allow me to download the
software but, my SmartNet access (Office account) did.

If you still require to download this file, please contact the Cisco
Partner/Distributor/Reseller that provided you with this account initially,
to arrange software downloads from them.
What gives??
