got this response from Cisco when I inquired about Lab scheduling

 

( and no I have no intention of being in Nova Scotia in February.

I'm trying to convince my employer to send me to Sao Paolo ;-> )

It usually takes 3-5 days for us to receive the information from Sylvan.  Approximately 3-5 days after passing your written, you should contact <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> and provide the following information:

Sylvan i.d. number

Preferred location/date

Someone from the team will get back to you to confirm your schedule.
