This is probably a site connector config problem which is routing messages 
over a loop.

Could also be  a corrupt priv.edb.  If your site connectors are consistent, 
try running some of the eseutil tools on the databases until you get a 
consistent DB.  Make sure you have a thorough read of the tools before you 
use them, some of them are very powerful and can cause more damage than good 
if you don't use them properly.
There are some excellent papers on Technet which explain these tools but 
it's been so long I cannot remember the details to pass along.

This is not likely to be a client problem unless it is only on one PC.
