type dir flash: to see whether your IOS is missing,
to do disaster recovery change the default baud rate to 115200 to make it
faster than 9600 but don't for get to change the baud rate on your
hyperterm.

Most probably your image is gone or you pressed they break sequence check
your
config-register .To Download image through tftp in rommon do the following

IP address of the router.
 IP_ADDRESS= x.x.x.x
Subnet mask of the router.
 IP_SUBNET_MASK= x.x.x.x
IP address of the default gateway of the router.
 DEFAULT_GATEWAY= x.x.x.x
IP address of the TFTP server from which the software will be downloaded.
 TFTP_SERVER= x.x.x.x
The name of the file that will be downloaded to the router.
 TFTP_FILE=cm200.x

Or if your Ether isnt working try loading from console.type
xmodem  file name
wait for romon to prompt you to send file via hyperterminal
...
then transfer file via hyperterminal it can take some time :)
