FYI, there is also a book shipping now/soon, I don't know how good it will
be, that suggests that it covers the MCNS material.  It's on sale at a
discount now at the Syngress site.  I am not saying it's good or bad, I
haven't seen it yet.  Caution: some Syngress titles have received mixed
reviews.
