        On way would be to use CWSI.  Another would be to use the web based
java management tool found on CCO to manage all you switches.  Now the
switch can be a standalone or member(s) of a VTP domain, the latter giving
you the ability to manage all of your switches from the Master/management
switch you will have defined...
