I recently took the written. There is a LOT of bridging. Know your
briding, know your RIF's, know DLSW, and that the rif terminates at the
router. Know how to read the Route Descriptor and convert from TR to
Ether MAC.

Know who retransmits when there is an error on a serial link. HDLC,
FRAME, etc host would retransmit. X.25 or anything with LAPB, the router
would retransmit.

I would recommend in addition to your studies and the famous bokks
(Halabi's BGP, Caslow, Doyle, etc) that you also download and read

http://www.sitamoht.com/cciewe.html

Get the Token ring whitepaper that is there also. This was extremely
usefull!!!

Also, go through all the chapter summary questions fomr the Cisco Press
CCNA book as there are some things on the test that are relatively
low-level that you may have forgotten.

Thanx again to the group!!!!!
