Router A: Priority 1,IP address 192.168.2.1
Router B: Priority 2,IP address 192.168.1.1
.....
In DR election,Router B will be DR.Then Router A and Router B become
adjacent.
I want to know who will be the master in exstart state.
the book write:the router that has the higher router ID acts as the master.
