The closest thing I think you're going to find is Zebra software - which is
TCP/IP router software written under GNU for UNIX platforms. In other
words, turn your PC/Server into a pretty good router. Check out
www.zebra.org for more info.
The program isn't written *by* Cisco, but the designers I think are trying
to make their interface as Cisco-like as possible.
