Heloo everyone,
 I have tried to use CAR to limit my wireless
customer
 to 128Kbps, I have done it on the second router
 from
 him and not on the router he is connected on the
 ethernet interface(configured at 128Kbps,'which
 seems
 no to limit'). This is because the router he is
 connected is Cisco 2500 series which I learn that
 does
 not support CAR.
 So I am now limiting my customer on the interface
 which is facing my upstream provider.
 To my supprise the customer is still pumping
traffic up to 690Kbps on the interface he is
connected!

Here is the configuration on the router facing the
ocean:
