Just enter the following commands to remove the parts you don't need. You
can even cut and paste it from the enable mode after typing config t
interface Serial0
description Frame-Relay 56K
frame-relay inverse-arp IP 17
frame-relay inverse-arp IP 21
frame-relay inverse-arp IP 22
frame-relay inverse-arp IP 23
frame-relay inverse-arp IP 26
frame-relay inverse-arp IP 27
frame-relay inverse-arp IP 30
frame-relay inverse-arp IP 31
frame-relay inverse-arp IP 32
Once you have done this, save the config with the write command and then
reload your router and all the deleted DLCIs will disappear.
