Hi,
I have found it is not so much which is more common but why use one or the other. I
have found EIGRP easier to use, in some senses harder to understand than OSPF. OSPF
however will work with non Cisco equipment so unless you are confident that you will
be only using Cisco gear the OSPF would be a better choice. It also seems to me there
is an increase in the number of installations that I am seeing that are OSPF rather
than EIGRP based.
