Hi,

Just a thought but why not set up a dialer interface for your ISDN clients complete 
with dailer map statements. You might also need to do something like 

interface Serial2:15
 no ip address
 encapsulation ppp
 dialer idle-timeout 1800
 autodetect encapsulation ppp v120 
 isdn switch-type "your switch type"
 isdn incoming-voice modem
 no peer default ip address
 no fair-queue
 no cdp enable
 ppp authentication chap
