I don't believe so.  I'm pretty sure you cannot do the following:

[DCE/DTE CSU/DSU] <-> DCE/DTE

You must do either
DCE/DTE <-> CSU/DSU <x> CSU/DSU <-> DCE/DTE

or

DCE <-> DTE
