IP Accounting !!!  That stuff is for small site routers that aren't
important enough to install RMON equipment.  The information you receive is
minimal (maybe the top talker's IP).  It's a good way to toast a busy router
though.  I put IP Accounting in the same boat as Debug, no good unless your
in a lab.
