Ok, after posting my last response I read Howard's response. When will I
learn to read his response *first*! His answer was far more specific and
complete than mine. So, ignore my general reply and read his very specific
and enlightening answer.
I suppose it could be dangerous to make all of the terms he mentioned
synonymous, as they are not. They have very specific meanings and are not
identical.
