If you purchase this router, it will be very apparent that it has been regularly serviced. The router is in new condition... there are NO SCRATCHES on the case or front bezel. I clean all my routers religiously, so it's equally as clean on the inside. The box has 16 Megs of RAM & 4 Megs or FLASH. Currently I have version 11.3(11a) running on it.
