11.2(18) is the perfect IOS & a buddy of mine was supprised to it on the
CCIE lab last year.  This version of 11.2 has all the Frame Relay stuff
(NAT, PAT, & auto LMI sensing too).  With the low memory you could also run
12.0(6) IPSec.  This would allow you to practice your tunnels & encryption.
