Looks like the three and a half level (CCxA, CCxP, CCxP-Specialization,
CCIE) Cisco certification Program is being substantially changed - perhaps a
sign of more changes to come. In short, some specializations are no longer
add-ons to CCxP, now they're add-ons to CCxA
