Hi Imran,
Yes, you must take all four exams. The way it's written can be a little
confusing, but the "1" means that it's the version 1 of the certification -
just like CCNP 2.0 is the version 2 of CCNP.
I do not have any book recommendations for you, since I have not started
this specialization yet, but I can recommend you to go to
http://www.yahoo.com and search for the exams by the number and title and
make sure to read the reviews before buying anything. If/when you find a
good book, you should see if you can find it cheaper at
http://www.bookpool.com or http://www.booksamillion.com, and of course let
me know :-)
