text editor

Anyone got a link to a good text editor? We use a unix box to telnet out and
view router configs but the notepad on our Win9X doesn't do a good job of
cutting and pasting. Easy add Macros would be cool too. If anyone know of
any links or would like to sell me what I'm looking for, I would appreciate
it.
