No book is better. I have been using both for studying for the exam.
The BSCN book has all the detailed explanation of the topics. And the Routing exam
certification guide is mostly a review book. If you are familiar with the topics then
the review book should do fine. But if you are not familiar with the subject matter
then
the BSCN book is the way to go.
