Yes, we do rate-limit on both side ..... the funny thing is after we =
established BGP, we only receive 1 BGP routing although on the other =
side sent all their BGP routing. And after 3 minutes, the BGP session is =
closed by itself and then go up again for only 3 minutes.

For the PINGs , maybe your ISP is not using a MTU of 4470... Some use =
1500. You may want to give this a try.=20
Also, your PVC is 1 Mbps, but are you shaping it accordingly?=20
