There are many trade publications (magazines) that cater to the networking
industry. There may be some where you work. In the back of those magazines
are ads from companies that buy and sell used Cisco gear.
I have not checked in a long time but there used to be a list of vendors on
the groupstudy web site. FAQs??
I have purchased quite a bit of gear on eBay. Not all went smoothly but all
have worked out in the end.
