Hi,

        I have 5 channels connected:

  BR1/0:1 Sync PPP - Bundle: Di1
  BR1/0:2 Sync PPP - Bundle: Di1
  BR1/1:1 Sync PPP - Bundle: Di1

<----- bri1/1:2 is not connected
  BR1/3:1 Sync PPP - Bundle: Di1
  BR1/3:2 Sync PPP - Bundle: Di1

The Bri1/1:2 is not connected, but the router says

Hi,

How many 'B' channels do you have to dial out on. More than two on a BRI.
I don't think so. I would assume then your third call is waiting for a
spare channel. You might need more than one BRI.

Just some thoughts,
