In my opinion, it depends on how you view your role and your capabilities.
Sure, if you narrowly define your role as working for dot.com's and
start-up's then sure it would affect you.  But if you see your role and
capabilities as movable, to say...a corporation environment then no.
Enterprise networks are not going away.  If anything, they are becoming more
complex and will need support staff who are capable of supporting them.
Just never stop learning and you will be fine.  I thought this discussion
already came up over the weekend.  :-)
