By now you have probably figured this out. I cannot imagine a newer image
(than 11.2 IP) fitting on 4 Megs of FLASH. My guess is if we could see your
Sho Vers, you also have the old version 10.0 boot ROM's. In this instance-
if you had the correct FLASH & RAM, your router again would lock-up moving
to 12.0 (incompatible ROM's).
Just assuming ;-)
