Cisco 2502 $450 each

I would think some sort of trade away from the 4000 would be an OK deal,
it's about time to start thinking of the 4500's & above as the next go-to
routers (newer IOS versions, ATM interfaces, & FE modules).  It's all in the
math though & who paid less...
