Well, I don't mean to abuse Howard's great phrase, but what problem are you 
trying to solve? You say "parse" which makes me think you want to import 
this info into a statistics utility which is an interesting question to 
which I don't have an answer but someone else might.

If you mean that your human brain needs to parse the info, there is some 
good info available in the Cisco Internetwork Troubleshooting Guide and 
other CIT-related documents, books, and courseware. See this URL for a start:
