hi,everyone
We know that when a trace begins from a host,
the TTL in the first packet is "1".
The default router will discard this packet,
and returns a ICMP error message.
But I remember that router discards
"packets with TTL=0".
Could anyone explain indeed how the router handle
the packet with TTL?
Thanks.
