Just type the word Subnetting @ the CCO search engine & you should find
(with a little digging) exactly what you are looking for.  When the
principles of high order bits & subnet mask #'s (i.e. /24= 255.255.255.0,
etc) fall into place, the table you're referring to should be a fairly easy
practice to draw out (regardless if it makes sense right away :o)
