It takes analytical skills to categorize and outline topics. It also 
requires an ability to think in a non-linear, hierarchical fashion. (I've 
seen really bad outlines from author wannabes where every topic was at the 
same level.) Cisco appears to have a person who lacks these skills 
categorizing topics for some of the tests, especially CCNA and Support. My 
other theory is that they have a computer doing it. (Or maybe monkeys! ;-)

Just be glad you passed. Congratulations! The key for those of you still 
trying to pass and learn about the tests: Do not use the test outlines. Use 
the course outline for the instructor-led training.
